Photography has been a life-long passion but has taken on even greater meaning as I’ve grown older and appreciate more deeply the beauty that God graces me with daily. I am not a full-time photographer but a committed enthusiast just as many who will be reading this book and looking at the pictures. I enjoy being in the mountains, woods and streams with Sharon, my wife of 34 years, who probably enjoys the experience as much as I, but who is wise enough not to climb around on wet, moss-covered rocks and steep, slippery stream banks.

EXCELLENT!!! We believe this is the best book with outstanding photos of" Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail" and I appreciate the extra efforts of Bryan Nowak to make this book so professional. Each picture and helpful tip is very informative. I will treasure this book and refer to it often; what a blessing to see God's beautiful majestic Great Smoky Mountains and creations in book form. Be sure to buy this book as well as Bryan's other book, "Photographing Cades Cove" and you will treasure them forever.

Purchased this book along with the one Bryan did on Cades Cove. They arrived today and we enjoyed looking through them all afternoon. We visit the Smoky Mountains as often as possible. I have taken hundreds of pictures over the years, but none can compare to the beauty captured by Bryan in these photographs. Thank you Bryan for sharing your time and talent with us.

So happy with Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trails and also Cades Cove by Bryan Nowak. I have been following Bryan on Facebook for some time and just love his wonderful photography and comments. I was so happy when I saw the books so I can take them with me when I get back to the Smokies. Highly recommend these books.
